This Yandex Webmaster Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions for using Yandex Webmaster services on the website https://www.pravinzende.com (the “Website”). By using Yandex services, you (“User” or “You”) agree to comply with this Agreement.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Yandex harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

Violations of this Agreement or misuse of Yandex Webmaster Tools.
Any actions taken by Yandex in connection with enforcing this Agreement.

8. Modifications and Termination

Yandex may amend this Agreement or discontinue services at any time. Notifications of substantial changes will be provided through email or on the Yandex website.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Netherlands.
